Employee Spotlight: Allie Mallard

Allie Mallard is the amazing Executive Assistant to our Executive Vice President, Jason Lippman, who makes sure everyone is on top of it at all times. Everyday, she comes into work with an awesome attitude and tackles her busy day like it’s nobody’s business. Allie works hard to accomplish her goals and is always striving to improve herself both personally and professionally. It’s our pleasure to shine the spotlight on her this week!

What does your day typically look like?
Busy. All. Day. Long. (and that is how I like it) I manage Jason’s pipeline; I am Trisha’s backup; I pull UW reports for the entire PDO team and assist wherever needed. Go team!

How long have you worked at Far West Capital?
Since 2013.

What was your first job?
I worked at a local coffee shop in California from ages 15-18 until I graduated from high school.

What do you like to do for fun?
Shop, hang out with my family and play games.

What’s your favorite restaurant in Austin?
I love sushi, but I don’t have a favorite restaurant in particular.

What’s your favorite vacation spot?
Ha! What is a vacation?

What do you enjoy most about working at Far West Capital?
I love that they care and try to make sure that you feel it.

How are you set up for success at Far West Capital?
I have a great mentor – Trisha.

What is your favorite Far West Capital memory?
Getting hired and winning the core value award.

What is your biggest accomplishment personally and/or professionally?
Aside from being a mother and wife, I feel my biggest accomplishment is yet to come. I am always striving to improve myself personally and professionally. I think there is a lot to learn from a lot of smart people.

What does it mean to you to “unleash your potential?”
Be the best version of me that I can be.
