Spring Cleaning Your Business

This time of year, I’m guessing you’re doing some spring cleaning around the house – but have you considered trying it at work? I’ve noticed many entrepreneurs don’t find it necessary to spring clean their business. That’s quite surprising considering we spend just as much time at work as we do at home. From one entrepreneur to another, I highly recommend transferring this springtime routine to the workplace because it will leave you and your employees feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the year. If you are unsure of where to start, allow my to-do list for this year to inspire you.

Keep in mind that no to-do list will look the same – we are running different businesses with different goals. To get the deep clean of your business started, schedule an hour or so of your time this week to create your spring cleaning to-do list. I’d even consider sending out an email to your team sharing how you are spring cleaning and encourage them to do the same. A clean and organized office is a happy office. Boom.
